Sean Underwood has tried numerous cases in the state and federal courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Underwood began his practice focusing on liability and workers' compensation reform issues as a lobbyist and government relations consultant. In 1995, Mr. Underwood joined the law firm of Alan S. Toppelberg and Associates where he assisted individual and corporate clients on various transactional and litigation matters. Thereafter, Mr. Underwood established his own law practice in Alexandria, Virginia. The firm serves a broad range of individual clients and local businesses in Alexandria, Fairfax County, Arlington County, Prince William County and Loudoun County.
